Job summary

Rituals is seeking an Internship in Retail Operations & Commercial Development in Amsterdam. You will assist in planning global retail initiatives, support cross-functional projects, and analyse mystery shopper data to drive improvements.

The role requires active enrollment and offers a salary aligned with market conditions. The internship is full-time (32-40 hours weekly) at our Amsterdam head office, starting February 1, 2027 for six months.

Qualifications

• Currently studying in HBO/WO education in Communication/Business Administration/Hotel Management/Marketing/Branding/Economics and other.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• You are pro-active, independent, inquisitive and solution-oriented
• Good skills: planning, organization, and multitasking
• You can work with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Assist the planning and coordination of global Retail initiatives through the Commercial Cycle, helping stores worldwide prepare for key commercial moments.
• Contribute to global Retail projects, such as Holiday Season.
• Support the Mystery Shopper programme by analysing results, coordinating requests, and creating reports and visualisations to help markets identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
