Rituals is seeking an ambitious intern to join the Marketplaces team in Amsterdam. You will help manage listings, support TikTok Shop initiatives, and coordinate across Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer Service to drive sales and accuracy across channels.

The role requires enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program, strong English skills, and proficiency with MS Office. A 6-month, full-time internship starting February 2027 offers a dynamic, collaborative environment at our Amsterdam head

Qualifications

• Enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
• Live in or able to work in the Netherlands, Amsterdam office.
• Available Feb 2027 for 6 months, 32 or 40 hours per week.
• Fluent in English; German/Spanish/Italian/Polish a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and online tools.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon.

Responsabilités

• Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon and TikTok Shop.
• Support TikTok Shop initiatives including creator collaborations and live shopping.
• Troubleshoot order-related issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve errors in the integrator system for seamless data flow.
• Maintain and update assortment data across channels.
• Monitor sales, traffic, and conversion metrics to suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams.
• Prepare meeting materials and track action items across projects.

In this role, you will work as a part of our Marketplaces team, making sure the Rituals brand thrives on platforms such as Amazon, Allegro and TikTok Shop. We work with a seller model, in which fullfilment is done from our own warehouses and manage the shop content ourselves. Therefore, you’ll liaise closely with the Supply Chain team, Customer Service and our Marketing department.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Listing Management: Assist in creating, optimizing, and managing product listings on the Amazon and TikTok Shop platform, ensuring accurate and compelling content to drive sales.
• TikTok Shop Support: Assist with TikTok Shop initiatives, including creator collaborations, affiliate activities, campaign execution and LIVE shopping support.
• Order Fulfillment Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to delayed orders, and shipping discrepancies to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Integrator Error Resolution: Collaborate with the team to identify and address any errors or issues within our integrator system, ensuring seamless integration between our internal systems and the marketplaces.
• Assortment File Maintenance: Support in maintaining and updating the assortment file, including product data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all channels.
• Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics, such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, to coordinate efforts and achieve departmental goals.
• Meeting & Project Coordination: Prepare meeting materials, track action items and support follow-up across multiple projects and stakeholders.

To apply for this internship, you must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

• You live in the Netherlands and can work from our Amsterdam office.
• You are available as of February 2027 for 6 months, 32 hours or 40 hours per week*
• You have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal. Fluency in German, Spanish, Italian or Polish is a plus.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• You are always on top of the latest online (Tiktok) trends and familiar with influential creators
• You are familiar with e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon is a plus.
• You are keen to be the best in class but value teamwork, pro-active, eager to learn and accurate.

*Please note: you have to be enrolled in university for the full duration of the internship
