Job summary

Rituals is offering an internship in our Sourcing, Quality & Regulatory (SQR) team at our Amsterdam head office. You will drive long-term strategy, lead cross-functional projects, and gain hands-on experience in planning, coordination and execution across project phases.

You will be supported with clear task structures, regular feedback, and opportunities to own tasks and grow within a fast-growing global brand. Active enrollment for the entire internship duration is required.

Job description

Our Sourcing, Quality & Regulatory (SQR) team ensures that we are the best supplier for our customers & the best customer for our suppliers by securing availability, quality and compliancy of Rituals products worldwide.

You will be part of the SQR Business Improvement Team, driving long-term strategy and leading cross-functional projects within the SQR department. While operational teams keep the business running, we help managers and teams step back, envision future goals, and build the capabilities needed to reach the next level of maturity.

Responsibilities

You will be exposed to key aspects of project management, including planning and tracking of projects and participating in stakeholder meetings. This way, you can develop a solid understanding of project management fundamentals, such as planning, coordination, and execution across different phases of a project. You will learn how to effectively use project management tools, communicate with stakeholders, and adapt to shifting priorities in a professional environment.

Guidance

You will be supported with a clear task structure, hands-on experience, and regular feedback throughout your involvement in projects within our department. You will be supported in gaining confidence, taking ownership of tasks, and understanding how structured project work drives business success.

• HBO / WO student in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering or Business Administration (enrolled during internship).
• Strong data fluency (Excel & PPT mandatory; familiarity with other systems is a plus).
• Analytical and research mindset, able to turn data into insights.
• Clear communication skills (English required; Dutch/other EU languages a plus).
• Interest in the retail FMCG sector
