Rituals is offering a Retail Operational Excellence Intern role at our Amsterdam head office. You will join a fast-moving global retail team supporting 1,400+ stores and improving store operations through hands-on tasks, data analysis, and content management.

The internship requires active enrollment full-time, strong English communication, and a proactive, curious mindset. An engaging international environment and targeted trainings are provided.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Pro-active, independent, inquisitive and solution-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Support Retail Operations & Training in elevating store performance.
• Shape and streamline information flow from HQ to stores globally.
• Manage knowledge base, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of resources.
• Analyze data to improve our support materials and store operations.
• Support improvements to the POS system to speed up store processes.
• Create and curate the weekly global newsletter for 1,400+ stores.
• Collaborate on international retail projects from development to implementation.
• Gather insights from stores to drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be right at the heart of our operations, helping us elevate our stores’ performance through a wide variety of hands-on tasks. Expect to be involved in:

• Retail Communication: Help shape and streamline how information flows from HQ to stores around the world.
• Knowledge Base Management: Ensure that the knowledge and resources our teams rely on stay accurate, relevant, and easy to use.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze data to improve our support materials and identify opportunities to enhance store operations.
• POS System Optimization: Contribute ideas and support improvements to our Point-of-Sale system to make store processes faster and smoother.
• Weekly Global Newsletter: Create and curate our weekly newsletter, reaching 1,400+ stores with important updates, highlights, and best practices.
• Support for International Retail Projects: Be part of the full project lifecycle-from development to implementation-while working closely with different markets.
• Store Feedback & Best Practices: Connect with our stores to gather insights, real-life feedback, and success stories that help us continuously improve.

• Education: Currently studying in HBO/WO education in Communication/ Business Administration/Hotel Management/ Marketing/Branding/ Economics and other.
• Excellent communication skills in English

• You can work with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
