Job summary

Rituals in Amsterdam is seeking a proactive intern to join our Innovation team for 6 months starting February 2027. You will split time between the NPD Operations and Body & Beauty Category teams, gaining hands-on exposure to concepts, formulations, and launches.

You’ll work 32–40 hours per week in a dynamic, international environment and receive a €550 compensation based on a 40-hour week, with access to company discounts and development opportunities at our Amsterdam HQ.

Qualifications

• Active enrolment for the full duration of the internship.
• Passion for Innovation, Design, Marketing or anything that sparks creativity.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Assist the NPD Operations and Body & Beauty Category teams.
• Support the end-to-end innovation process from concept to launch.
• Learn about formulation, product development and related processes.
