Job summary

Rituals is seeking an In-store Marketing Intern to help develop and execute store campaigns from our Amsterdam office. You will prepare briefings, create presentations, coordinate projects, and contribute ideas for in-store communication and launches.

The role offers an immersive, international environment with a strong emphasis on brand experience and cross-functional collaboration. Active student enrollment is required for the full duration of the internship.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in study for full duration of internship.
• Studying Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and keen eye for detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Clear English communication, verbal and written.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Asana, Miro, Figma, and Teams is a plus.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-growing company.

As an In-store Marketing Intern, you will support the team in developing and executing projects that bring the campaigns in our stores to life. You'll contribute to a variety of projects, help ensure a consistent brand experience across all store formats and regions, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly.

Your responsibilities include preparing briefings, creating presentations, and support in coordinating projects from start to finish. You'll also contribute ideas for in-store communication and play a role in successful product/collection launches.

• You are studying Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field*.
• You have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

• You are experienced with PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with tools like Asana, Miro, Figma, and Teams is a plus.
