Job summary

Rituals is offering an Internship in Logistics Development & Innovation at our Amsterdam head office. You will join the Logistics team and work with project managers on initiatives that improve our global logistics network, taking ownership of your own topics and contributing to analyses and improvements.

You will explore logistics technologies, support KPI tracking and dashboards, assist in supplier analyses and tenders, and gain exposure to international logistics across channels.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled at a Dutch HBO/University.
• Explain and turn analysis into practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support logistics projects and continuous improvement initiatives across our warehouse and transport network.
• Explore new logistics technologies and innovations, such as automation, digital solutions and data-driven tools, and assess how they could improve our operations.
• Support the development and tracking of logistics KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Contribute to warehouse improvement, sustainability and cost initiatives.
• Get exposure to logistics sourcing & procurement by supporting supplier analyses, tenders and the selection of logistics solutions.
• Support business cases of new logistics solutions and take ownership of your own improvement project from analysis to recommendation and implementation support.
