Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts invites you to join our kitchen internship in Amsterdam, NL. This hands-on program offers real learning opportunities in a busy kitchen, with a focus on recipes, portioning and presentation.

As a student in Hospitality/Hotel Management, you will start in February/March 2027, contribute to a dedicated team, and gain experience across food preparation and service. A school internship agreement and Netherland address are required.

Qualifications

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• You are available to start your internship in February/March 2027.
• You have a residential address in the Netherlands.
• You are able to provide a school internship agreement.

Responsibilities

• Learn everything that is needed for a great career in the kitchen by following recipes and standards.
• Prepare dishes and orders, carrying out à la minute cooking, portioning and garnishing per instructions.
• Adhere to ingredients, recipes, working methods and external presentation guidelines.

Your Role at a Glance

In this position you will learn everything that is needed for a great career in the kitchen. You prepare dishes according to recipes, you prepare orders to be passed on by carrying out à la minute cooking activities, portioning and garnishing according to established instructions with regard to ingredients, recipes, working methods and external presentation.
