Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Amsterdam is seeking a kitchen trainee to learn every aspect of our kitchen operations, from recipe prep to à la minute cooking, portioning and garnishing according to our standards.

You will work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, building a foundation for a career in hospitality. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a passion for food as you grow with Minor Hotels Europe & Americas.

You prepare dishes according to recipes, you prepare orders to be passed on by carrying out à la minute cooking activities, portioning and garnishing according to established instructions with regard to ingredients, recipes, working methods and external presentation.
