Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Amsterdam invites applications for an All-round F&B Intern to gain hands-on experience across our Food & Beverage outlets in an international hotel environment.

You will learn service standards, menu offerings, wine pairings, and guest interaction while supporting restaurant, bar, breakfast, banqueting, and events with a team-driven approach.

Qualifications

• You are pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• You are available to start late September or early October 2026.
• You are able to commit for at least 4 months, 5 days per week, including weekends.
• You have a positive, flexible, eager-to-learn attitude.
• You enjoy working with people and creating great guest experiences.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You have strong communication skills and work well in a team.
• You have a good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• You can provide a school internship agreement.
