Job summary

Minor Hotels seeks a Food & Beverage Intern in Amsterdam to learn across the department and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will train, then work independently in F&B, collaborating with kitchen, stewarding and front office to ensure smooth service.

What are you going to do?

As a Food & Beverage Intern, you will learn to work all-round within the Food & Beverage department. You are (partly) responsible for providing a wonderful experience for every hotel guest. After a training period, you will work independently in one or more of our Food & Beverage departments. You will help in the service and keep close contact with our guests, and you will prepare the restaurants and/or meeting rooms for the arrival of guests. You will also maintain close contact with other departments, for example, with the kitchen, with stewarding, and with the front office. Furthermore, with your refreshing eye for detail, you are always looking for improvements.
