ING is offering an internship in AI-powered software engineering within the Credit Risk domain. You will design, build, evaluate, and scale agents across the software development lifecycle to support developers, testers, BAs and architects.
You will collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners and leaders, applying modern AI practices, MLP frameworks, and orchestration tools while gaining hands-on experience in enterprise-scale DevOps.
As an intern, you will help design, build, evaluate, and scale AI-powered software engineering agents that support activities across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). You will work on real-world engineering challenges and explore how Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, multi‑agent systems, orchestration frameworks, and modern software engineering practices can improve productivity, quality, knowledge sharing, and software delivery.
You will join the Engineering team within ING's Credit Risk domain, working on the modernization of business-critical applications and the adoption of AI-assisted software engineering practices.
