Job summary

ING Nederland offers an internship in the Global ITP team within the Talent & Learning department. You will bridge data analytics, communication strategy and visual design to strengthen how we engage our global trainee community and stakeholders.

You will join a hybrid, international team of interns, contribute to data insights, optimize the end-to-end communication journey, and refresh materials in line with ING branding while developing your analytical and creative skills.

Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled at a Dutch University (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant field.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch not required.
  • Strong interest in data-driven approaches and visuals.

Responsibilities

  • Support data analytics within the Global ITP team and translate data into insights.
  • Analyze and optimize the end-to-end communication journey for target audiences.
  • Adapt content to ING’s channels and tools.
  • Refresh and improve design of communication materials to align with ING branding.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic intern ready to join our dynamic team and work at the Talent & Learning department of ING’s Global HR.

What You Will Do
  • Support the data analytics within the Global ITP team, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Analyze and optimize the end-to-end communication journey, ensuring messages reach the right target audience at the right moment
  • Adapt communication content to ING’s latest communication channels and tools
  • Help refresh and improve the design of communication materials, making them visually appealing, modern, and aligned with ING branding
  • Being part of a global team with international stakeholders

The global ITP team

You will join the global ITP team that is responsible for the International Talent Programme, attracting and hiring graduates with exceptional potential, and empowering them to develop skills and competencies that will, in long-term, contribute significantly to the success of ING.

What You Bring
  • You have to be registered at a Dutch University (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Communication, Marketing, Media, Design, or Business
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is not required)
  • Strong interest in data-driven approach
  • Affinity with visual design and creating fresh, engaging materials
  • Analytical mindset combined with creativity
  • Proactive, hands-on, structured, and comfortable working in an international environment
