Park Plaza Vondelpark Amsterdam is offering a Food & Beverage Intern role, ideal for hospitality students seeking hands-on experience in a boutique hotel environment.

The internship starts in September 2026 for a period of 5 or 6 months, with duties across breakfast, lunch and dinner services and a focus on guest service and operations. A supportive team and learning opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management or related study programme.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Positive, professional and enthusiastic attitude.
• Eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Support the Food & Beverage team during breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
• Deliver a welcoming and professional service to guests.
• Assist with the preparation and set-up of restaurant and bar areas.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure guests receive an excellent experience.
• Learn and apply Food & Beverage procedures, standards and systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all outlets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

As a Food & Beverage Intern, you will support the team in delivering memorable dining experiences while developing your hospitality skills in a professional and welcoming environment.

The internship allowance is €550 gross per month (full-time), which is above the Horeca CAO BOL guidelines.
