Digital Consulting Intern
We're looking for a curious, hands‑on intern to join us for a 6‑month internship in a rapid‑growth scale‑up environment. You’ll work closely with our consultants on live client projects and internal initiatives, getting real exposure to how a digital transformation consultancy operates – and real ownership over the work you deliver.
What you’ll be working on
- Supporting real client projects with blue‑chip companies, contributing to the same workstreams as our consultants
- Conducting market and industry research, competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform client recommendations
- Building data visualizations and analysis that bring strategic insights to life
- Contributing to strategy creation, from framing problems to shaping recommendations
- Applying the latest AI tools to real business challenges alongside the team
- Taking on strategic internal work, shaping internal processes, implementation plans and business development efforts
Who you are
- Currently completing or have completed a Master's studies in Business, Management, or another discipline
- Strategic thinker, both conceptually and practically
- Do not accept the status quo and always find a way to improve things
- Enjoy being challenged and can perform in a fast‑paced environment
- Interested and motivated to work in a digital environment
- Self‑starter who wants a hands‑on role
- Curious and loves diving deep into new topics
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 minimum), Dutch is a plus
- Enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship
- Available min. 32h/week, ideally 40h/week from September (flexibility on exact starting date)
