Job summary

HEINEKEN is offering a 6-month, full-time internship in Amsterdam with hybrid work arrangements (3 days in the office, 2 from home). The role focuses on communication, training, and AI capability-building within Global Analytics. Start September 2026, internship fee €650 gross per month based on 40 hours/week, plus 2 vacation days per month.

You will support communication, change management, and training initiatives, while gaining exposure to data-driven transformation across HEINEKEN.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of the internship.
• Non-EU nationality: must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.
• EU nationality: may be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
• You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
• Must have a valid BSN.

Responsibilities

• AI literacy projects: assist in planning and executing projects focused on improving AI literacy, including organizing competitions, gamification activities, and tracking participant progress.
• Research AI trends: conduct research on the latest developments in AI and innovation, and present findings to the team to inform ongoing initiatives.
• Develop engaging social media content: create and contribute to the development of engaging content such as instructional videos, data visualizations, and interactive gamified tools to support training and communication strategies.

The internship

Key responsibilities:

Global Analytics is driving HEINEKEN forward in our exciting journey to become the best connected brewer and a fully data-driven company, using data to its full potential through Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence. The terms of employment

• Your starting date is September 1 st 2026 (optional start date: August 16 th 2026)
• The internship is fulltime
• The duration of the internship is 6 months
• It is a practice-oriented internship
• You will be based in Amsterdam
• During your internship, you have the flexibility to workin a hybrid setup (3 days from our Office and 2 days from home)
• You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross based on 40 hours per week
• You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
• If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed
• Independent, proactive, eager to learn, and ready to develop new skills with a can-do attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work in a structured way

Conditions of HEINEKEN

• You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding.
• In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.
• In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
• You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship. Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing.
• You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN).
