Amsterdam | Internship | 6 months | Fast-growing tech company
Want an internship where you actually get responsibility instead of spending six months watching from the sidelines?
For a fast-growing Amsterdam-based tech company, we're looking for a Customer Experience Intern who wants to understand what customers really need - and use those insights to improve the way a digital product and its customer experience work. This is a hands-on internship where customer experience, data, operations and product come together.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll start close to the customer. During the first part of your internship, you’ll work directly with users and help solve real questions and problems through Intercom.
There’s a reason for that: before you can improve the customer journey, you need to understand it.
You’ll quickly learn what customers struggle with, which questions keep coming back and where the biggest opportunities for improvement are.
From there, you’ll increasingly work on your own CX projects. Depending on your interests and studies, you could be working on things like:
Who are we looking for?
We care much more about how you think and whether you’re curious enough to figure things out.
You could be studying Business, Communication, Customer Experience, Marketing, Data, Product or something completely different that makes sense for the role.
You’ll probably enjoy this internship if you:
The company
You’ll join a young, ambitious Amsterdam tech company building a digital consumer product used internationally.
The company is growing quickly and has the energy you’d expect from an early-stage tech environment: short lines, lots of ownership, ambitious people and plenty of room to experiment.
You’ll work closely with different parts of the business, meaning your customer insights won’t disappear into a spreadsheet somewhere, they can actually influence how the product and customer experience develop.
What’s in it for you?
