Qualifications

• Currently studying Business, Communication, Customer Experience, Marketing, Data, Product or related fields.
• Curious, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing customer conversations to identify patterns and recurring issues.
• Identify friction points in the customer journey and propose improvements.
• Build reports and translate data into actionable insights for product and CX teams.
• Help improve support processes and workflows.
