Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts is seeking an All-round F&B Intern in Amsterdam, offering hands-on experience across our Food & Beverage outlets in an international hotel setting. You will learn how to deliver great service while gaining operational exposure in restaurant, bar, breakfast, banqueting, and events.

Ideal candidates are hospitality students who are eager to learn, with strong English skills, available February/March 2027, for at least 4 months, 5 days per week including weekends.

Qualifications

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Deliver attentive and personalized service across F&B outlets.
• Support operations in the restaurant, bar, breakfast, banqueting, and events.
• Learn about menu offerings, wine pairings, and service standards.
• Help create memorable guest experiences through hospitality.
• Assist with the preparation and setup of F&B outlets and events.
