• Assist with planning, organization and administration of Food & Beverage operations.
• Contribute to projects led by the (Assistant) Food & Beverage Manager.

Your Role at a Glance

As a Food & Beverage Management Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience in the daily operations and leadership of an international hotel environment. Working closely with the Food & Beverage team, you will discover how different outlets operate while helping to create smooth service and memorable guest experiences. During your internship, you will:

• Support the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service outlets.
• Help coordinate team activities to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Support colleagues on the floor through guidance, training, and motivation.
• Assist with the planning, organisation, and administration of Food & Beverage operations.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives led by the (Assistant) Food & Beverage Manager.
• Gain experience in cost control, inventory management, purchasing, and budget monitoring.
• Help respond to guest feedback and support service recovery.
• Collaborate with different departments to create seamless guest experiences.
• Develop your understanding of hospitality operations, leadership, and commercial decision‑making.
