Job summary

HiNurse is seeking enthusiastic nurses – EQF 6 for the care departments of nursing and care homes in Limburg, Netherlands. You will take responsibility for high-quality patient care in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate care plans.

You will draw up or adjust life care plans, identify needs for specialized care, coordinate care processes within a department, monitor quality, and liaise with the care coordinator.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and social skills required.
• Empathy and responsibility are essential.
• Initiative and creativity in proposing solutions are valued.
• Ability to work in adherence to norms and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Taking charge of care provision including consultation across disciplines.
• Drawing up or adjusting life care plans to client needs.
• Identifying and initiating specialized care as required.
• Coordinating care and service provision within a department.
• Monitoring and promoting quality and quantity of care.
• Liaising with the care coordinator and supporting colleagues.
• Issuing/administering medicines as appropriate.
