We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse who wants to befluent in Dutch to join our team. As a Registered Nurse with Hinurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing and monitoring patient's condition, administering medications, and providing treatments as prescribed by the physician;
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans for patients;
• Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records;
• Monitor and report any changes in patient's condition to the healthcare team;
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations;
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment;
• Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered and licensed nurse;
• A minimum ofB1 certified level English;
• Experience as a registered Nurse in a nursing home, homecare orhospital setting;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
