Job description

The activities with the patients are varied and comprise, among other things:

• caring for, nursing and guiding the clients in accordance with the life care plans;
• (under supervision) drawing up or adjusting life care plans in accordance with the needs of the client;
• coordinating the provision of care and services within a care department;
• monitoring and promoting the quality and quantity of care provided;
• liaising with and collaborating with the care coordinator;
• issuing and administering medicines.

Requirements

You must have a passion for the provision of top quality care, paying sincereattention to the client! Besides this, as a candidate we seek from you:

• strong communication and social skills;
• a strong sense of responsibility and empathy;
• demonstrating initiative and creativity in proposing solutions;
• working in accordance with the ruling norms and quality standards.
