Job summary

HiNurse is seeking enthusiastic nurses – EQF 6 for the care departments of nursing and care homes in Limburg, Netherlands. You will take responsibility for high-quality patient care in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate care plans.

You will draw up or adjust life care plans, identify needs for specialized care, coordinate care processes within a department, monitor quality, and liaise with the care coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Taking charge of care provision including consultation across disciplines.

We are looking for enthusiastic nurses – EQF6 for the provision of care in the care departments of nursing and care homes in the province of Limburg, Netherlands.

Registered nurse – EQF 6

The activities with the patients are varied and comprise, among other things:

• taking charge of care provision including consultation between a variety of disciplines;
• drawing up or adjusting life care plans in accordance with the needs of the client;
• identifying and taking the initiative in situations calling for the provision of specialized care and services;
• coordinating the care and service provision processes within a care department;
• monitoring and promoting the quality and quantity of care provided;
• liaising with and collaborating with the care coordinator;
• coaching colleagues where necessary;
• issuing/administering medicines.
