Job summary

Scheemda vleeswaren BV - Carpaccio.nl is seeking a Buyer (m/f/d) for our Henri van de Bilt plant in Beuningen. You will manage purchasing and call off products, materials and services from suppliers domestically and internationally, and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Tasks include processing purchase proposals and orders, organizing local purchasing, coordinating delivery times and quantities, monitoring quality, handling complaints, maintaining master data, and supporting supervisor in

Qualifications

Experience in purchasing/procurement, including calling off products and services.
Ability to organize and manage local purchasing processes and supplier relationships.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Daily processing of purchase proposals and orders for raw materials and goods.
Organizing the local purchasing and ordering process.
Determining and organizing delivery times, order quantities, and order schedules.
Monitoring and checking the nature, quantity, and quality of the ordered goods.
Handling and following up on complaints when delivered goods do not meet expectations.
Maintaining master data related to purchasing-relevant information.
Performing other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
