Job summary

OSI Foods GmbH & Co. KG in Beuningen is seeking a dedicated Buyer to manage purchasing of products, materials and services for the factory from domestic and international suppliers.

You will maintain supplier relationships and monitor performance to ensure timely delivery and quality. You will handle daily purchase proposals, organize local purchasing processes, set delivery times and quantities, and maintain purchasing data.

Responsibilities

• Daily processing of purchase proposals and orders for raw materials and goods.
• Organizing the local purchasing and ordering process.
• Determining and organizing delivery times, order quantities, and order schedules.
• Monitoring and checking the nature, quantity, and quality of the ordered goods.
• Handling and following up on complaints when delivered goods do not meet expectations.
• Maintaining master data related to purchasing-relevant information.
• Performing other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
