Zusammenfassung

Arvato is seeking a Customs Declarant to join its Consumer Products operation in Puttershoek. You will manage import/export declarations, ensure compliance, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize customs processes.

The role requires accuracy, two-shift availability (06:30–21:30), and English proficiency; visa sponsorship is not available. A competitive gross monthly salary is offered based on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Accurate and proactive professional with a mindset for international logistics.
• Educational level: MBO+ or HBO; customs knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in customs or international logistics is beneficial.
• Strong MS Office skills and English communication.

Aufgaben

• Ensure smooth customs operations and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare, process and verify import/export/transit declarations.
• Monitor documentation for compliance with customs legislation.
• Collect and validate data for declarations.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate solutions with stakeholders.
• Support inspections, checks and audits by customs authorities.
• Maintain contact with authorities, carriers, customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customs processes.
