Boat Bike Tours is seeking a Customer Care Representative / Tour Advisor to support guests from initial inquiry through travel and return. You will manage bookings, answer questions across email, chat and phone, and coordinate with international operators to resolve changes calmly.

You will work with a diverse, international team and keep data accurate in Salesforce while prioritizing guest satisfaction during peak seasons. A 40-hour work week and competitive salary are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in Dutch and English required; German is a plus.
• MBO or HBO level of thinking and working, preferably with tourism or hospitality background.
• Experience with CRM systems and a proactive, guest‑oriented attitude.

Aufgaben

• Manage bookings, reservations, changes, payments and cancellations.
• Assist guests via email, chat and phone with booking questions and trip details.
• Coordinate with international tour operators and partners.
• Handle rebooking and itinerary changes calmly and efficiently.
• Keep customer and booking data accurate in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Ensure confirmations and travel information are sent timely.
• Set priorities during busy periods and collaborate with teams.
