Job summary

Moolenaar is seeking an Internal Sales Assistant to support growth through data-driven insights and strong customer knowledge. You will manage customer information, maintain data accuracy and be the link between sales, production and stock management.

In this full-time role, you’ll plan per customer, monitor deadlines, process orders in the ERP system and ensure timely delivery. Dutch and English fluency, plus ERP experience, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong communication skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of ERP databases/software.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Make planning per customer and monitor it based on deadlines.
• Review the program with the salesperson using sales results.
• Manage planning of preliminary phase and signal problems while monitoring deadlines.
• Handle administrative matters regarding customer data/files.
• Process sales orders in the ERP system and coordinate with production.
