Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy in Sevenum, Netherlands, is offering a six-month Recruiting Intern position. You will join the Recruiting team, gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment process, and collaborate with experienced recruiters in an international environment.

You will help identify top talent, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and handle recruitment administration while learning modern practices and contributing to employer branding."

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to learn recruiting and active sourcing in an international environment.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus; driving license and car to commute.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage talented candidates through active sourcing and build pipelines.
• Screen CVs and support recruiters in selecting suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews by scheduling and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Support recruitment administration, maintain candidate data and processes.
• Assist day-to-day hiring activities and gain insights into employer branding.

About the role

As a Recruiting Intern, you'll become an active member of the Recruiting team for six months, gaining hands-on experience across the full recruitment process while working closely with experienced recruiters.

From identifying top talent to supporting candidates throughout their hiring journey, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, learn modern recruiting practices, and build valuable HR experience in an international environment.

About your tasks

• Identify and engage talented candidates through active sourcing on various platforms and help build strong talent pipelines
• Screen CVs and support recruiters in identifying suitable candidates for open positions
• Coordinate interviews by scheduling appointments and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Support the team with recruitment administration, including maintaining candidate data and keeping recruitment processes well organized
• Work closely with the Recruiting team on day-to-day hiring activities while gaining insights into employer branding and recruiting

About you

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• You are organized, enjoy communicating with people, and have an eye for detail
• You are excited to learn about recruiting and active sourcing in an international environment; experience with recruiting tools is a nice to have
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
• You have a driver’s license and a car or motorcycle to commute independently to the workplace in Sevenum
