Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy in Sevenum, Netherlands, seeks an HR Advisor (m/f/d) to partner with managers and staff across the employee lifecycle. You will support employee relations, absence management, and Dutch employment law in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

You will handle sickness cases, onboarding, contract changes, transfers and offboarding, working with Payroll and Recruitment to ensure compliant HR processes. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, German is a plus.

About the role:

As an HR Advisor (m/f/d), you will become a trusted partner to managers and employees, supporting them throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Based in our international Sevenum office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations while advising on employee relations, absence management, and Dutch employment law. About your tasks:

• Advi se and support managers and employees on operational HR topics, including employee relations, performance conversations, absence management, and Dutch employment law.
• Take ownership of office-related sickness cases and work closely with managers to ensure effective case management and compliant processes.
• Guide employees through the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contract changes to internal transfers and offboarding.
• Collaborate closely with Payroll, Recruitment, and HR Services to ensure seamless and compliant HR processes.
• Drive continuous improvement by maintaining HR documentation, updating policies, and supporting enhancements to HR systems and processes.

About you:

• You have at least 3 years of experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or in a similar operational HR role.
• You have solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and enjoy advising managers on employee-related topics.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English; German language skills are a strong plus.
• You enjoy working independently, have a customer-oriented mindset, and appreciate close collaboration with your colleagues. Experience with Workday is an advantage.
