Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in Dutch and English (both required)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate renovations and support portfolio optimisation activities.
• Support development of internal processes to improve operational efficiency.
