Job summary

De L'Europe Amsterdam's Flore is seeking an Interim Restaurant Manager to cover maternity leave and uphold the two-Michelin-star standard during service. You will lead the 8-person front-of-house team and two trainees, coordinate with the kitchen, and report to the F&B Manager to ensure flawless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management in a Michelin-starred environment.
• Available from October 1, 2026 to March 1, 2027.
• Genuine passion for gastronomy, sustainability and hospitality.
• Wine knowledge and interest in sustainable producers.
• Ability to perform under pressure with grace and calm.
• Enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and elevating others.
• Positive, hands-on team player with attention to detail.
• Strong communicator who builds trust with guests and colleagues.
• Composure, solutions-oriented leadership on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house service team (8 full-time staff + 2 trainees) to deliver the two-Michelin-star experience.
• Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and F&B management to ensure flawless service.
• Act as main point of contact for guests, private dining, and event inquiries.
• Onboard, train, and coach staff to Michelin-level standards; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure sustainability values are embedded in daily operations and guest interactions.
