Job summary

THE ENTOURAGE GROUP is seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress for their Michelin Star restaurant, The Duchess Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest service, manage specific sections of the restaurant, and enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress in a fine-dining restaurant is preferred.
• A strong desire to develop a career in high-end restaurants.
• Fluent speaking and writing in English.

• Assist in the smooth running of the restaurant including staff management.
