Flore Restaurant at De L'Europe Amsterdam is seeking a Chef de Rang to deliver exceptional hospitality in a fine dining setting. You will welcome guests, manage a restaurant section, and provide detailed explanations of the menu and beverage options.

Ideal candidates are experienced in MICHELIN dining environments, passionate about guest connections, and eager to share wine knowledge with colleagues, while collaborating across kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure flawless service and contribute

We are looking for someone who excels in providing outstanding hospitality and thrives in an environment committed to excellence, collaboration, and exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

Extend a warm welcome to guests
Responsible for a section in the restaurant
Provide detailed explanations about menu and beverage options
Offer recommendations based on guests' preferences for both food and drinks
Contribute to the growth of Flore
Collaborate closely with the whole kitchen, service and Sommeliers team
Ensure smooth and effective execution of your tasks across different service areas
Share your knowledge with the broader team
Report to the respective department manager.
