Nedap is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join the Tech Platform team in Groenlo. You will modernize and maintain infrastructure across on‑prem, virtual, and cloud environments, with a DevOps mindset and a focus on automation, reliability, and service delivery.

The role involves collaborating with regional teams in Europe and North America, supporting scalable services, and contributing to a healthy work‑life balance.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in similar roles.
On-call duties required.
Occasional datacenter visits may be needed.
Willingness to live in the Netherlands and visit data centers.

Responsibilities

Manage physical servers, VMs, and cloud environments, modernizing legacy systems.
Build and optimize container platforms, databases, observability stacks, and storage systems for scalability and performance.
Streamline workflows with automation to improve reliability and reduce manual work.
Collaborate with application teams to deliver scalable, high-performing services.
Configure monitoring and alerting systems to ensure uptime and health.
Promote best practices and innovative approaches aligned with business goals.
