You contribute to Nedap’s tech strategy, guide delivery teams, and define patterns, risks, and opportunities. A hybrid 32–38 hour week with campus presence in Groenlo is offered, plus growth and profit-sharing benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or software architecture across multiple landscapes.
• Strong architectural skills and systems thinking with a solid foundation in software design.
• Ability to connect technology with business context and maintain a holistic view.
• Engineering background in software development; embedded is a plus.
• Experience with (Strategic) Domain-Driven Design is a plus.
• Experience in facilitating workshops or architecture sessions is beneficial.
• Excellent command of Dutch and proficient English.

Responsibilities

• Guide Nedap’s technological development across the organisation.
• Identify patterns, risks and opportunities in technology and architecture.
• Translate industry developments into actionable insights for the organisation.
• Support delivery teams with architecture and design issues; facilitate sessions for key decisions.
• Contribute to the Nedap tech strategy and RAG decisions.
