Job summary

Nedap Beveiligingstechniek B.V. in Groenlo, Netherlands, seeks an Interim Program Manager for a multi-year access control platform transformation.

The role drives program approach, roadmap, governance and cross-domain execution with product, technology, operations and commercial stakeholders. You will build structure for sound decisions, identify risks early, and keep the program coherent as it migrates from on-premises to cloud-native solutions.

Qualifications

• Led a large-scale, customer-facing technology transformation.
• Experience coordinating programs that combine software, hardware, implementation and operations.
• Translate long-term strategy into concrete milestones and day-to-day execution.
• Experience in governance, risk management, budgeting, forecasting and executive reporting.
• Align senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams without formal authority.
• Strong technical affinity and coordination of Agile delivery, with curiosity about AI in product development and program management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated roadmap across four connected domains: customer journey, Access Management Core, partner installation, devices and hardware.
• Establish governance structure: decision-making, steering committees, reporting, escalation routes, responsibilities.
• Resolve conflicting priorities and dependencies to keep the program on track.
• Turn migration challenges into clear decisions regarding product, technology, implementation, partner support, and commercial feasibility.
• Maintain oversight to bring a risky program back to a credible path and demonstrate progress.
• Improve collaboration between Agile teams and translate technical foundations and debt into measurable business value.
