Job summary

Ad Idem Consulting Limited – on behalf of our client, an international PE‑backed manufacturing business, seeks an experienced Financial Controller to join its head office in the Netherlands on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. You will hold controllership of the group’s central hub entity in the Netherlands, including holding, financing and IP/R&D entities, with statutory reporting, month‑end close and audit.

The role supports strengthening processes during an ERP transition.

Job description

Our client, an international PE-backed manufacturing business, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join its head office on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).

You will hold controllership of the group’s central hub entity in the Netherlands, the financing and holding entities established as part of the transaction structure, and the group’s IP and R&D entities. Your responsibilities will include statutory reporting, month-end close and audit. The business is currently transitioning ERP system, so you will also help strengthen processes and controls during that transition.

You will bring strong controllership experience within a multinational group, ideally including holding, financing or IP structures, together with solid IFRS and Dutch GAAP knowledge. Big 4 training, and a professional qualification is advantageous, as is experience in a carve-out or private equity-backed environment.

Hybrid, 2 days working from home.

Pay: €90k-€105k
