For an international organisation in the automotive and industrial solutions sector, we are looking for an Interim Customer Service Team Lead to stabilise and further optimise Customer Service operations across Europe.
In this role, you will lead the Customer Service team responsible for the full sales order lifecycle. You will act as the key escalation point for complex operational issues, while improving processes, systems usage and team performance.
This is a hands‑on leadership role in a dynamic, international environment, where you are expected to bring structure, ownership and measurable improvements within a short timeframe.
You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently across multiple European markets.
