Job summary

Progressive is seeking an experienced Interface Manager in Noord-Holland, Netherlands, to lead the implementation of an Interface Management system for a large nuclear reactor project. You will be responsible for managing the Interface Management Plan, coordinating between multiple engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with nuclear safety standards.

A degree in Engineering is required along with extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects and interface management. Strong knowledge of BIM tools and construction processes is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure or nuclear/industrial projects.
• Proven experience in interface management or multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong knowledge of nuclear project requirements and the regulatory environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Interface Management Plan and procedures.
• Establish and maintain the Interface Register for full traceability.
• Coordinate interfaces across civil, structural, MEP, and nuclear/process systems.
• Direct preparation and control of Interface Control Documents for critical systems.
• Facilitate interface coordination meetings to resolve clashes and mitigate risks.
