Job summary

Ebury Amsterdam is seeking an Institutional Client Solution & Strategy Strategist to fuel our Institutional Solutions business. You will help expand our fastest growing client segment, delivering treasury solutions to meet client needs.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales and Dealing to define requirements, build roadmaps and drive product outcomes. A strong background in treasury products and fintech tech stacks is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with Treasury products such as FX derivatives, Interest rate derivatives, and cash management.
• Knowledge of financial markets technology stacks, e.g. treasury management, asset management, banks or scale up fintechs.
• Familiar with Fintech Treasury Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Discover treasury problems for private market participants and service providers.
• Solve problems through technology, analytics, product and operations.
• Define a product vision, strategy and roadmap with cross-functional alignment.
• Work with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations and Dealing teams.
• Identify high impact opportunities in FX, derivatives, interest income and regional growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define requirements, epics and user stories.
• Maintain market understanding and conduct competitor analysis for product pricing and roadmap.
• Develop deep understanding of treasury management and legal tech workflows.
