Job summary

Ebury Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Commercial Product Manager to fuel the growth of our Institutional Solutions business. You will define a product vision and roadmap, collaborating with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, and Dealing to deliver high-impact treasury solutions.

You will drive opportunities in FX, derivatives, and cash management, translating financial requirements into actionable specs and leading a hands-on, cross-functional team to execute.

Qualifications

• Experience with Treasury products such as FX derivatives and cash management.
• Knowledge of financial markets technology stacks in fintech.
• Familiar with Fintech Treasury Management Systems.
• Experience building roadmaps and leading teams.
• Ability to translate financial requirements into product specs.

Responsibilities

• Discover treasury problems for private market participants and service providers.
• Solve problems through technology, analytics, product and operations.
• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap with cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations and Dealing.
• Identify opportunities in FX, Derivatives, Interest income and regional growth.
