Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a highly experienced Senior AxiomSL Regulatory Reporting Expert / Solution Lead for a leading bank in Amsterdam. The role combines deep AxiomSL expertise with strong knowledge of European regulatory reporting, acting as the primary interface between Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting and IT.

Demonstrated ownership and ability to drive delivery in a complex banking environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in banking technology, regulatory reporting or related transformation programmes.
• 5+ years of hands-on AxiomSL experience in European banking environments.
• Proven experience delivering complex AxiomSL implementations or regulatory reporting transformations.
• Strong functional understanding of European regulatory reporting (LCR, NSFR, ALMM, COREP, AnaCredit).
• Experience with data sourcing, mapping, transformation, reconciliation and data quality controls.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive delivery in complex environments.
• Fluent English communication; strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as AxiomSL subject matter expert and solution lead across regulatory reporting initiatives.
• Translate regulatory requirements into functional specs, designs and implementation plans.
• Oversee data sourcing, mapping, integration and reconciliation with AxiomSL.
• Support upgrades, testing, deployment and production stabilization.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align regulatory requirements with technical delivery.
