Job summary

JD.COM is seeking a lead for implementing new Large Item delivery and installation capabilities across Europe. You will assess readiness of DSPs/3PLs, onboard partners, and manage relationships and KPIs to ensure smooth expansion.

The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional actions, improving processes, and driving risk resolution across multiple countries and projects.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of relevant experience in last-mile logistics, home delivery, transportation, field services or a comparable environment.
• Experience working with 3PLs, DSPs, subcontractors or other external service providers.
• Strong project-management and implementation experience.
• Experience managing operational performance through KPIs and SLAs.
• Strong stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing international environment, bringing structure and planning while remaining adaptable.
• Comfortable working independently across multiple countries and projects.
