Job summary

Paradox is seeking a hands-on social media builder to own our presence across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll cut, caption, and ship content directly, using AI to multiply your output.

Be ready to ship daily, test hooks, and iterate with Growth and Content to drive meaningful growth. You should be comfortable on camera or directing talent, and fluent in English and French as required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in social media management or content creation.
• Proficient with AI tools to edit, caption, and repurpose content.
• Strong data-driven decision making and ability to ship quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build & ship daily content across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts.
• Own the channels end-to-end: calendar, posting, community replies, and performance tracking.
• Hunt what works: test hooks, formats, and posting times; kill underperforming formats quickly.
• AI leverage: use Claude Code daily to automate repurposing and generate variations.
• Read analytics: native platform analytics + GA4 to optimize strategies.
• Contribute to growth loops with Growth and Content teams.
