Job summary

Creative Fabrica B.V. is seeking an X Channel Manager for our Amsterdam HQ to own and grow Creative Fabrica's presence on X.

You will craft a distinctive voice, publish native content, engage with conversations, and experiment with formats to build an authentic brand voice rather than a corporate tone. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of channel experience, deep X fluency, sharp copywriting, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of channel experience managing X/Twitter accounts and creator-led accounts.
• Deep familiarity with X culture, mechanics and how content spreads on the platform.
• Excellent copywriting in English with strong hooks and concise messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own the X account and grow impressions, engagement, audience and overall presence.
• Develop a distinctive voice and experiment with tone, formats, hooks, timing and visuals.
• Create X-native content: posts, threads, replies, memes and product demonstrations.
• Ride the news cycle: follow AI/tech developments and turn them into timely content.
• Join conversations with AI creators, researchers and influential accounts.
• Show off our AI products with engaging, non-promotional content.
• Build recurring formats and collaborate with the creative team on visuals and demos.
• Turn launches into moments with Product Marketing and launches strategy.
• Learn from data: monitor metrics and iterate on what works.
• Build relationships across the AI ecosystem and monitor competitors.
