We are looking for our next Insights Manager to join our Insight team with a focus on our Bakery category!
The Insights Manager (Bakery), working in the Insights (Now) team as part of the AI, Analytics & Insight unit, is responsible for generating actionable consumer, shopper and market understanding that drives business decisions, innovation and brand equity, in partnership with Category Marketing & Equity, Research, Development & Quality, and cross‑functional teams. By integrating multiple sources, including consumer research, analytics, social intelligence, business performance data and AI-enabled approaches, the role helps translate consumer understanding into clear recommendations that guide decision making and drive business impact.
