Job summary

DEKOM AG is seeking a proactive Junior Sales Support professional to assist Account Managers with quotations, pricing, and customer communications. You will gather information from suppliers, update CRM records, and help track opportunities from quote to order.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams, ensuring accuracy in commercial documents, and supporting the handover to project management. Dutch and English proficiency is essential, with office-based work and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Must-have: MBO+/HBO-level qualification in Business Admin or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales administration, sales support, customer service or commercial administration.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English at CEFR B2 or higher.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams.
• Ability to work accurately with quotations, prices, quantities and docs.
• Office-based role with occasional business travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send quotations and commercial proposals.
• Gather pricing, availability, lead times and product info from suppliers and internal teams.
• Update quotations when specs or quantities change.
• Maintain CRM and business systems with accurate data.
• Monitor open quotations and assist Account Managers with follow-ups.
• Check incoming orders against quotations and flag discrepancies.
• Support handover of opportunities to Project Management and Procurement.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support presentations, tenders, reports, meetings.
• Assist with smaller sales opportunities as commercial knowledge grows.
