Job summary

Impress in Den Haag seeks a Dental Assistant to join our high-tech, paperless clinic. You will support doctors, manage patient flow, perform 3D intraoral scanning and X-rays, and maintain accurate digital records.

You’ll handle front-d desk coordination, ensure data integrity in our systems, and assist with sterilization and instrument preparation. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus. We offer growth, training, and an energetic, international team.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Prior experience in a dental setting assisting dental professionals.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience working with EMRs, X-rays, intra-oral scanners, and digital file management.
• Work Authorization: Valid work permit for the country of operation and full compliance with all dental healthcare laws.
• Hard Skills: Proficient typing (40 words per minute) and strong written communication.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for 8 hours, coordinate movement of small instruments, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Mobility & Availability: Ability to travel between clinic locations and work a flexible schedule (including nights, holidays, and weekends) based on business needs.
• Communication: We require fluency in English to communicate internally with the team. Fluency in Dutch language is a plus.
• Teamwork & Mindset: Collaborative, empathetic, and positive attitude; adaptable to a constantly evolving environment.
